Shipping
Orders ship once weekly on Wednesdays. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the damaged item.
